Rs. 2,57,000/- per share which is inclusive of 12% GST and my standard 5% brokerage fee, is the total purchase price of the horses. Rs 1,47,000 is the first installment which is the immediate payment, non refundable which has to be paid up in full by the cut off date of 9pm, 4th, February 2024. THIS MONEY HAS TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY SO THAT THE BREEDER CAN BE PAID ON TIME TO KEEP MY COMMITMENT!! Your share will only be partly booked after the first installment is paid on a first come first served basis. In case one of you decides to exit and not pay the first installment, the next person who has given me a verbal confirmation will join the group and will have to pay the first installment immediately. In this way we will finalise the first 10 committed partners in our group.

The following documents/information are required from each one of you for the registration of our Company LLP with the Registrar of Companies as stated by our Auditor.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYTHING TO FUNCTION SMOOTHLY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SO THAT THE RACE HORSE TRAINER CAN TAKE CARE OF OUR HORSE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL FROM DAY ONE WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT PAYMENT OF HIS BILLS.
The final payment of Rs. 1,10,000/- has to be paid into the LLP by the cut cut off date of 9pm, 20th of March 2024 is mandatory, only subsequent to this payment, will your share of 5% in ANYWAYSMILE twoyearold be confirmed, failing which one has to relinquish his/her initial payment of Rs. 1,47,000/-, because our trainer has to paid for his first bill towards maintenance of your horse starting, 1st of March 2024. This final payment of only Rs. 1,10,000/- is towards 21 months of racing expenses collected upfront (basic maintenance fees, registration fee, racing deposit, imported feed, imported supplements, veterinary bills, basic entry fees, float charges, tack, accountant & legal fees), so we can all enjoy our beautiful horse without worrying about monthly payments for 21 months, so please pay this amount in time!! If lucky our horse should hopefully earn money to pay for herself 🤞.
KINDLY NOTE THAT NO ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL BE CHARGED MONTHLY, because some of the owners have agreed to take on that responsibility 😊
VERY IMPORTANT - Those who don't follow up with the second payment of Rs 1,10,000/- towards maintenance, due on the 4th of March 2024, will loose their share in the horse and will have to forego the initial payment of Rs. 1,47,000/-.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive, except for a few products. All taxes are included with the list prices except import duties or other region dependent charges like Octroi. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days within India and approximately 14 working days for international delivery. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
